Direct answers
Questions about this record, answered plainly.
Short, direct answers to the questions a careful reader brings to a matter like this — including the hardest one.
This is an independent factual record published by Lance Jerrard of WCGC, the party owed the licence fee. It is not a website of, or affiliated with, Nova Family Office, LLC or Cameron Curriden. It alleges no fraud and no wrongdoing — it documents one unpaid commercial obligation.
Who are the parties to this matter?
The agreement is between Wealth Creation Global Community LLC (WCGC), represented by its founder Lance Jerrard, and Cameron Curriden, contracting through Nova Family Office, LLC. WCGC built and delivered the software; the licence fee is owed to WCGC.
What exactly is being claimed?
One thing only: that a signed licensing agreement was executed on 30 May 2025, that the work was delivered and accepted, and that the US$10,000,000 licence fee was not paid. No fraud, criminal conduct, or motive is alleged. It is a record of an unpaid commercial obligation.
How do I know this is a genuine record and not a campaign against someone?
Because it invites scrutiny rather than avoiding it. It is published under a real, verifiable name, it names the counterparty plainly, it rests on a dated and checkable Adobe execution trail, and it makes no accusation beyond the unpaid fee. A record built to be checked is the opposite of a smear.
Does the counterparty have the ability to pay?
By his own public profile, Cameron Curriden describes involvement in over US$13 billion in transactions, multiple company exits, multiple investment funds, a law-firm structure, and a multifamily office connected to more than US$17 billion in assets. On his own account, the unresolved fee does not appear to be a question of ability to pay.
Why does reputation matter to a matter like this?
Family offices, private capital, and institutional relationships are built on credibility and trust. In that world — the world the counterparty describes operating in — an accurate, unresolved, public commercial matter carries weight. That is precisely why a calm, factual, accurate record is the appropriate response.
What is the purpose of this site?
Resolution. It exists to set the matter out completely and accurately, and to provide a clean route to a conversation. It asks for nothing other than that the documented obligation be addressed.
